Grilled spicy schnitzel

Ingredients for 2 portions

2 pcs pork schnitzel meat
2 slices cheese
10 slices burger bacon
1 pinch pepper
1 tsp mustard
1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. For the grilled-spicy schnitzel, first wash the meat well, pat it dry, and then thinly pound it. Spread mustard on it, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Then place a slice of cheese on the meat, fold the meat over on the left and right, and wrap it tightly with bacon. Grill on both sides until crispy on the hot grill.
