400 | ml | Fat |
Preparation
- First, wash the fresh pork cutlets, season them well with salt and pepper.
- Then coat the meat in flour and beaten egg.
- For the almond breadcrumb coating, mix almond flakes and breadcrumbs in a 2:1 ratio and coat the cutlets in it.
- Finally, fry in plenty of fat at around 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown, and you have a very special kind of schnitzel.
