Breaded schnitzel with almond coating

Ingredients for 4 portions

80 g Sliced Almonds
40 g Breadcrumbs
4 pcs Pork Schnitzel
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
5 tbsp Flour
1 pc Egg
400 ml Fat

Preparation

  1. First, wash the fresh pork cutlets, season them well with salt and pepper.
  2. Then coat the meat in flour and beaten egg.
  3. For the almond breadcrumb coating, mix almond flakes and breadcrumbs in a 2:1 ratio and coat the cutlets in it.
  4. Finally, fry in plenty of fat at around 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown, and you have a very special kind of schnitzel.
