| 250 | ml | Grape Must or Young Wine |

Preparation
- Cut pork schnitzel into bite-sized cubes. Mix well with mustard, marjoram, paprika powder, and garlic granules, and let it marinate for a while.
- Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the bacon into thin strips or cubes.
- Heat clarified butter in a pan, sauté the onion and bacon until golden brown. Add the marinated pork and roast well while turning.
- Deglaze with cider or grape must and let it simmer gently for 15 minutes. Finally, stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
