400 | g | Pork loin roast |
4 | tbsp | Olive oil |
1 | tsp | Garlic (freshly pressed) |
0.5 | tsp | Paprika powder |
1 | tsp | Lemon juice |
150 | g | Creme Fraiche |
100 | g | Mozzarella |
100 | g | Gouda |
4 | pinch | Salt |
1 | Pk | Puff pastry |
100 | g | Bacon (sliced) |
Preparation
- Mix 1 tbsp olive oil with garlic, paprika powder, lemon juice, and a little salt. Rub pork loin with this mixture.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan. Sear the pork loin on all sides until browned, then remove from the pan and let it rest.
- Grate mozzarella and gouda. Mix mozzarella, gouda, and crème fraîche well. Roll out the puff pastry and spread it with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap the pork loin with bacon, then roll the puff pastry around it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Slice and serve.
