Preparation
- First, cut the meat into 12 medallions and season with chives, salt, and pepper. Now wrap each piece of meat with bacon and alternate with the tomatoes on the wooden skewer.
- Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat. Brown the skewers in a pan with hot oil and then place in the oven for about 20 minutes.
