Preparation
- First, season the schnitzel meat with chili salt. Crack the eggs and beat them with thyme and a little salt.
- Then, cover the schnitzels on both sides with flour. Heat the lard in a deep pan. Dip the floured schnitzels in the egg and fry them on both sides in the pan. Drain well on kitchen paper.”
