Meat noodles

Ingredients for 4 portions

500 g Smoked meat (cooked)
250 g Noodles
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper (from tde mill)
2 Pcs Eggs
1 Bunch Parsley
0.125 L Soup
1 Pcs Onion

Preparation

  1. For the meat noodles, first cook the noodles in a pot of salted water until they are not quite soft. Then drain and keep warm.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Wash the parsley, drain and finely chop. Beat the eggs.
  3. Now sauté the onion in a pot with some oil, add the meat and pour in the broth. Let it simmer for a while, then add the noodles and stir in the eggs, allowing them to briefly set. Finally, mix in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
