Rice meat

Ingredients for 4 portions

400 g Pork
1 Pc Onion
600 ml Water
4 Tbsp Paprika powder
2 Tsp Caraway
1 Tsp Marjoram
1 Pc Bay leaf
200 g Rice
40 g Peas
0.5 Pc Green bell pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the pork into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onions and fry in a little oil, then add the meat and fry as well.
  2. Sprinkle the paprika powder over it and pour in the water. Add the caraway, marjoram, bay leaf, and rice and simmer for about 40 minutes. Just before the cooking is finished, add the peas and paprika.
