Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and then drain well.
- In the meantime, chop the ham, onion, and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the ham and let it roast slightly. Add the cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and roast briefly.
