Preparation
- Rinse the pork schnitzels cold, pat dry, season with salt, and make a small incision on the side.
- For breading, place the flour on a plate. Whisk the eggs with some salt and the rapeseed oil in a bowl, and put the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- Coat the schnitzels first in flour, then dip in the egg. Let excess drip off, then coat in breadcrumbs and press them on well.
- Heat the sunflower oil and lard in a pan over medium heat, and fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden brown. Let them drain briefly on a paper towel.
