Leave the Html-Format. “Preparation 1. First pound the pork schnitzel until it is about 5 mm thick, then cut it into pieces 2 x 4 cm in size. Whisk the egg white in a bowl with 1 tbsp of cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Mix in the meat and set aside. 2. Now halve the washed peppers lengthwise. Remove the stem, seeds, and white partitions from one half and cut into pieces about 2 cm in size. 3. Wash, peel, and finely grate the potatoes. Mix with wheat flour, water, and 2 pinches of salt. Line the larger metal sieve with this mixture and press firmly to create a hollow. Press the smaller sieve into the hollow. Secure at the handles with wire or kitchen twine. 4. First heat the frying oil in a wok to 180 degrees. Dip the sieves with the potato mixture into the frying oil and fry until golden brown and crispy in 5 minutes. Remove the nest, drain well, and remove from the sieves. Prepare another nest in the same way. 5. Then clean, wash, and dry the salad and distribute it on the serving plates. Place the potato nests on top. Slice the washed tomatoes crosswise, sprinkle with a little salt, and arrange them in a semi-circle around the potato nest. 6. Heat the oil again to 180 degrees, fry the pork and peppers for 2 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon and drain well. 7. Drain the oil leaving only a thin film. Mix the remaining cornstarch with the orange juice. Whisk together with rice wine, a pinch of salt, and white pepper. Mix into the meat and peppers. 8. Finally, heat the wok again with the oil film, add the meat mixture and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Remove from the wok and fill into the potato nests, serve immediately and enjoy.”
