Preparation
- First, prepare a marinade from oil, paprika spice, chili powder, oregano, and salt.
- Pound the schnitzels, they should be the size of a hand and lightly season with pepper.
- Cut the cheese lengthwise into 4 strips and wrap tightly around the schnitzels. Generously coat with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown the rolls on all sides, then cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
