Pork schnitzel with jalapeno and feta

Ingredients for 2 portions

2 pcs Pork Schnitzel
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1 pcs Egg
1 dash Milk
50 g Breadcrumbs
50 g Oatmeal
2 tbsp Flour
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 pcs Jalapeno (pickled in a jar)
50 g Feta Cheese
1 branch Rosemary

Preparation

  1. Season the schnitzel generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk an egg and add a splash of milk. Mix the breadcrumbs with the oats. Bread the schnitzel in flour, the egg-milk mixture, and then in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
  4. While the meat is frying, cut the feta cheese into small cubes and the jalapeno into rings. Then top the schnitzel with the jalapeno and feta cheese, and place a half rosemary sprig on each. Bake the pan in the oven for ten minutes.
